Hey everyone, just a quick update on what we've been up to lately.. while regearing and recruiting to fill the gaps left by people retiring and moving on, we've been happy to add to our ranks many of the OTB members who have reluctantly moved on, as well as many new recruits from around the server.

I'm sad to see Only The Brave fade away, they are a very old guild and have gained the respect of everyone on Veeshan/Luclin over the years. I can only hope we can provide a friendly and talented set of guildmates, where they can feel at home once again

Well after April Kratos had lost several members do to many number of things. After a set back to replenish our ranks and get them up to speed, flag wise, we are on the march again. We are pretty much finished with MMM, but do venture there now and again. Its nice to see SOE remove the trash clearing once the named in the area is dead, now that we are done. Kratos is still farming Cryst and working on the SoD raid progression.

Our guild photographer has gone on strike. something about not getting compensated properly. Once he comes to his senses we will get some pics posted.

Spring is here and we are still working our way through Crystallos; we have made some nice progression on the Air 2 Dragon, Vyskudra. I still get a chuckle when yet another person notes "Oh look tornados, I've never lived long enough to see them pop." Now if we can just stop Shru from trying to tank 3 drakes all at once or Photo's corpse from breaking mez. We always knew rangers were a threat to wiping the raid, even from the guild lobby!

As normal, our guild photographer has been slackin lately ... he must be busy hand crafting new cabinets for the guild bank. If you find yourself online with 10 seconds to spare, send Durew a tell and encourage him to post some new pics of Kratos laying the smack down in Crystallos, I'm sure he can find one or two where Razox isnt a corpse ... yet.

Oh did I say Farm? Well the drudge of the flag farm is over. Kratos can and has stepped in to Crystallos. Event 1 in Earth, Air and Fire all pretty un-eventful. Our first run in Cryst, we got a late start, and just ran out of time to try Ice. We will still have to farm MMM for BP's. Gratz to everyone in Kratos who puts up with the grind. Off to Crystallos!

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the zone,
Our rangers were kiting, the SKs had been owned.
I quickly peruse the raid to track down their squeals,
Damn, Durew had done it again, Shrue was on heals.

The zerkers and rogs, their arms all ablaze,
They simply must out-DPS 2 wizzies and a mage.
The bards were prancing and crooning sweet toons,
The chanters were off in the corner, refreshing self runes.
The necros were DoTing, or so fuzzie would claim,
At least they aren’t Palys, whose DPS is quite lame.

Our target is Meldrath, a gnome ill-repute.
Some see him as quite tasty, others claim he is cute.
There’s Breakneck and Krond, don’t forget Brinda too
Prototype and Bargangle round out his evil crew.

A quick muster of tanks, to see who we have
There’s Aya, Mega, Kina and don’t forget Nav.
Razox and Borlron round out the team,
I wonder who will try tanking first,
I bet they get creamed.

Alas, tonight we won’t raid,
Its Christmas Eve after all
A time for presents beneath a tree
And stockings on the wall.
But after it’s over and our hangovers subside,
Its back to raiding Warmonger style, Meldrath must DIE!

Merry Christmas Kratos

Well, after many weeks pounding away in MMM, pulling the strats together and some fine tuning. Breakneck (what a lame trigger mechanism), Brinda, Krond, Prototype and Bargangle all fell by the way of the Warmonger that is Kratos., We are down to the final event . Meldrath himself. This event looks to be complicated with many parts. But over all it feels like it well be rather easy, compared to some of the other events. Once he is down, its just rinse and repeat for the next month. Thanks to SOE and its wisdom of 12 flags on Meldrath.

After a short 1 week break to enjoy the new expansion, we started back in to the zone full of trash that is known as MMM. Breakneck down on the first night ... although the zone crashed 30 seconds after Durew linked the loot. Fortunately we had the lockout timer, so the next night we set off to try Krond. After a few resets due to pets trying to tank him, he went down faster then a knight in Shruella's group. Tried to make it 3 for 3 for the week with Doctor Brinda Sprockets ... but we still have a little to learn about the fight, only got thru the first wave.

With our first night in MMM under our belt, we didnt get a lot accomplished, but learned a whole heck of a lot; expect to see some dead mobs in the near future
